Personal Training

Hybrid Athletic Club offers personal training in any of the styles mentioned below. For those new to the gym, or for experienced gym goers looking to try out a new style of training, our trainers are here to help you. Our trainers are highly experienced and qualified. We will first perform a consultation, where we go over your goals, training status, availability, and timetable. Then, following a physical evaluation, the trainer will create a plan tailored to your unique circumstances.

We accommodate third party personal trainers, if you wish to bring in an unaffiliated trainer to assist you. They simply need to purchase a trainer membership and can use our facilities to train clients without any additional fees or cuts.

Training Styles

Bodybuilding

 The practice of using resistance training in order to alter your physique in a manner that you desire. We provide a large variety of machines and free weights that can be used to build a well-rounded aesthetic physique.

Crossfit

A training modality that combines movements from powerlifting, weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular endurance events. We provide the necessary equipment for all of these.

Powerlifting

The big three lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Athletes compete against each other by attempting to lift the most weight for one repetition in each of these lifts. We provide competition equipment such as Texas Power Bars, and Rogue calibrated plates .

Weightlifting

Also known as Olympic Weightlifting, this sport consists of the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch. We provide bumper plates as well as custom built platforms to perform these lifts.
